One more sweet sensation to share. While in St Kilda, there were tons of bakery shops lined up on the main strip in town. I went there every morning for coffee and to window shop for a new pastry.

Australia Moment #9
Why did I have to discover this lovely obsession. I had one of these everyday while in Australia. It's simply chocolate and almonds, but the best part is that there are tons of almonds. The almonds were not scarce like so many candy bars, instead very plentiful. Mmm, mmm, mmm!

Australia Moment #7
This croc was so big, moved so slow, and has such short arms...it seems unreal that it could harm anyone. Despite what I thought, I was smart enough not to challenge him.
I was delighted to see the kangaroo in this position. So many times I've seen ads and thought "what a humanistic way to pose a kangaroo...nice marketing gimmic". Now that I've hung with them in person, I know they lounge this way naturally.

Australia Moment #6
Australia isn't particularly known for it's food, but there was this one pizza joint that I loved. I think I went their three times. To complete the meal, I added an icy beverage...delicious!!!
