This year, I mailed out New Year's cards, instead of Christmas cards. This was the front.
And this was the back, with the following, "You can choose many paths in life, why not choose one that leads to increased happiness. From my home to yours, wishing you a 2010 full of more smiles and richer happiness."
This was such a meaningful card for me as this is the home that I grew up in, and a place that I can always call home.

You can't exactly see what the bride is doing, but it's a wedding, so you can probably put two and two together. A bit of mystery can help pull you into the image. I love the balloon strands, which give off this twinkle of stars in the sky.
When I have a photography assignment, I always arrive early. To get comfortable in the space, I walk around with my camera and explore. During this exploration, I discovered this sea of strands and this sea of chairs.
Dawne hopes that your holiday was filled with lots of warmth, sharing, and love. Don't stop....but continue that throughout the New Year.
